The energy industry is growing and changing rapidly.

Women are breaking through barriers in an industry that has been a historically male-driven environment.

The energy industry is growing and changing rapidly. More and more women are taking on leadership roles. Despite this growing trend, there are minimal resources available for mentoring and leadership programs for women. The goal of this course is to help women advance their careers by providing skills for personal and professional development within the context of key energy trends.

This career goal is delivered within the construct of a more comprehensive and transformational mission that points to potential, wellness, and self-leadership. BeWELL aims to guide women to step into their power, tap into their intuitive wisdom, and connect with their natural state of wellness; a built-in capacity we all have that is an undervalued, often-ignored secret to success.

Join successful leaders in energy
as they share their industry knowledge, strategies and experiences on how to accelerate positive organizational change and personal growth. Join me, along with other effective executive coaches, as we share proven tools and techniques to achieve personal growth and professional success.

The BeWELL course is no ordinary leadership course. It is a comprehensive and transformational deep-dive into natural self-leadership.

It takes a holistic, work + life approach to uncovering women’s most natural potential to lead.

This course will support you on a more personal level, and is the next best thing to receiving one-on-one coaching. It provides professional coaching tools and techniques within an intimate, online community environment, and it will enrich your personal leadership development.

BeWELL is experiential; it is designed in a sequential order where each lesson purposefully builds and expands upon the last. By the end of your experience, my colleagues and I will guide you to:

  • Leverage your full potential for success.
You have a natural capacity to thrive.
  • Energize your natural strengths, your personal power.
    This is your true Nature.
  • Accentuate your intuitive wisdom.
Imagination and creativity are renewable resources.
  • Design, envision, plan.
Generate sustainable work + life satisfaction.

You will LEAD with a natural depth of wisdom and insight that is incredibly useful in the world of business and a source of clarity and joy in life.

  • It is customized to speak directly to women; taking a close look at your natural abilities, strengths and capacity for success.

  • It encompasses both personal and professional challenges and opportunities: building confidence, setting healthy boundaries, balancing work and family, navigating and leading in a fast-changing industry.

  • It points to your innate depth of wisdom and insight.

  • It explores self-leadership through broadening self-awareness.

  • You will gain clarity on knowing, managing, and leading yourself first – in order to then more effectively lead others.

  • It is a convenient virtual classroom with comprehensive self-directed lessons, followed by live webinar interactions, and live Q&A coaching calls.

  • It includes a private facebook community to share questions, connect stories, and mentor with peers and industry leaders, as well as your executive coaches.

I believe there is an exciting opportunity for women to expand their vision and explore career possibilities in the energy industry. With a high percentage of executives projected to retire in the next 5-6 years, there will be openings and opportunities to meet changing industry needs. I created BeWELL to enrich your current leadership skills, support you on a more personal level, and position you in a state of readiness to advance your career to the next level.

I spent almost 20 years working in the energy field. As a single parent, I started my career as a full-time clerical worker for an investor-owned utility. I obtained a BS in Business Administration within 5 years. I advanced my career, but with little mentoring or training available, I struggled to advance into a high management position. I was met with several obstacles, including a sexual harassment incident. The challenges became too great, and my responsibilities at home too heavy, and so I eventually set off on my own, working for various energy-related companies as an independent consultant.

My personal challenges led me to an interest in motivating and inspiring women to lead their best lives, rise above their challenges, and apply their natural strengths to succeed. So I pursued a Masters in Professional Counseling, became a licensed counselor, and then a certified coach.

I’ve spent the last decade providing both individual life coaching as well as leadership coaching and consulting to executives and executive teams. My overall focus has been on self-leadership and personal empowerment; integrating coaching tools, positive psychology principles and strategic planning practices.

BeWELL is not just a training course:
It’s an experience.

An experience that begins with getting grounded in mindfulness and deep personal work.

Lisa Nelson —

So, what is graphic recording?

A picture is worth a thousand words. Graphic recording (sketchnoting) is the art of capturing conversations in real-time with hand-drawn pictures and text. It enriches facilitation and learning.

What happens during and long after the call?

You are engaged, you remember more, you “see” what is being said, and capture the feeling-state of the speaker’s message long after the call ends.

You will receive a PDF of the graphic image capturing the essence of each live call!
